I need to get me some TSP! I've got some One-Step, which is nice and easy for sanitizing, but it doesn't have much in the way of actual cleaning power. I just use a basic unscented detergent and some elbow grease for that part.

I'm starting to see bottles as being a real pain in the booty. I don't think I'm going to buy any bottles, just use the 24 bottles I've saved up, and then get a mini-keg system for the rest. Possibly the 'Tap-A-Draft' system, which looks pretty sophisticated for a mini keg system, and is still quite reasonably priced. If I keep up with the hobby, I'm going to look seriously into going up to cornelius kegs, which would be the ultimate in home-brew pimping, though I'd either need to get another fridge just for the beer, or somehow requisition some more space in our existing fridge, which may not be possible.

I always pre-soak my bottles in a sink/tub with TSP. It kills the funk and removes all but the foil labels with ease. Actually, I don't use bottles much anymore. ;)
