		<description>Like the article re bike lights modulator. Couple of queries:

- I want to build one! Will you make the circuit diagram available?

- WIll there be any impact on the type of bulb you use with the modulator?

As you say, anything that gets the tin box pilots attention, particularly at junctions, is a godsend. Best quote I read is "Ride like you are invisible" - the modulator could alter that one a bit.</description>
