		<description>Sounds good Sam.  Lacking all of the required ingedients, I decided to make a hybrid recipe using your Vietnamese Iced Coffee Recipe. With no ice, 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder and a bit of Dave's, I've come up with a rather nice spicy cafe mocha .  Talk about something that will wake your ass up in the morning!</description>
