I guess I'd be interested, although there are some gritty, unpleasant bits in there that I doubt a movie will reproduce (i.e., when everyone is blind, discreet toilet use goes away). And there's worse stuff than that. Also, the central character is in her 40s or 50s, and while Julianne Moore is an "older" actress, I doubt she will portray a woman of that age in the movie.
